The San Diego Brass & Percussion Ensemble is a collection of players young and old who love to play music. Started as a summer reading band, they have evolved into a talented performing group.
The group performs at local band and drum corps shows. The purpose of the ensemble is to provide an opportunity for young and old alike to share in the musical experience only available through performing.
The ensemble is open to any proficient* brass or percussion musician. The San Diego Brass and Percussion rehearse weekly prior to performances. Some notable performances include the San Diego Charger’s pregame and the San Diego Drum Corp Contest, Poway Preview of Champions, & Vista Field Show Tournament.
*proficient = Breathing
